Insurance & Cost Information
We are out of network with insurances and, upon request, will provide the necessary billing statement so that clients can seek reimbursement from their insurance carrier. Please ask your insurance representative if you have out of network benefits for mental health (often called "behavioral health"). You may also inquire about whether there are session limits, whether you have a deductible and how much of the deductible you still need to meet.

Expert Witness Testimony
Expert Witness testimony is available in Virginia and nationwide. Please reach out to Maria Ines Butler, LCSW (mbutler@thrivetherapycenter.com) to inquire about these services and associated fees.
Immigration Evaluations
If you have an ongoing case with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and are in the process of submitting an application (for U-Visa, Asylum, Residency, etc) and need an evaluation in English or Spanish, we can help you. We work closely with clients and their attorneys to provide a comprehensive evaluation and report. Evaluations can be done in-person or via video.
The cost for most Immigration evaluations is $1,500.00 or $1,800 (expedited). Court testimony is billed separately.
